Innovation-driven green development has achieved remarkable results: in recent years, dominant backbone enterprises (groups) have successively completed a large number of industrialization construction and technological transformation projects around green development and technological innovation, and the level of automation, informationization and digitalization has been greatly improved. Before and after the lunar year, the relevant leaders and some experts of the association visited more than 30 key enterprises intermittently, and saw that some production lines or sections of the enterprises had been automated, and the overall level of equipment ranked first in China or advanced in the world. Some production lines of Zhengzhou Annaike, Zhengzhou Huaxiang, Jiaozuo Beixing, Zhengzhou Huite and other enterprises are under construction or transformation. Focusing on equipment upgrading and environmental protection management, the enterprise invested a lot of money to improve the level of automatic batching and molding equipment, built a number of energy-saving high-temperature kilns, completed a large number of desulfurization and denitrification environmental protection construction projects, and achieved remarkable results in green production.
For example, the achievements of Luoyang Lier Company: ① By introducing new regenerative drying technology, low nitrogen combustion technology and developing new drying technology, the unit energy consumption of various main products is superior to the advanced level of the industry, among which the energy consumption of fused corundum products is reduced by more than 13%; The energy consumption of products is reduced by 27.1%; (2) independently developed and designed the largest 30-ton melting furnace in China, achieving a smelting capacity of 30 tons of white corundum in a single furnace, increasing the production capacity by four times, increasing the product complex density by more than 7%, and reducing the energy consumption by more than 13% compared with traditional enterprises; (3) adopting green technology and non-burning or low-temperature firing technology, such as replacing fired magnesia-chrome bricks with magnesia spinel bricks, developing non-burning/light-burning ventilation elements, etc., the carbon reduction at the product process design end is more than 65%; ④ Increase R&D investment and improve the service life of products. Through the high-end technical transformation of refractories, the quality of refractories has been greatly improved, and the consumption of refractories per ton of steel has been greatly reduced. At the same time, with the longevity of refractories, the energy consumption required for refractory baking, molten steel insulation and temperature drop reduction in steel mills has been reduced by more than 15%; ⑤ Full implementation of amoeba management, 246 amoeba TCD proposals, involving 20 green transformation, reducing energy and resource consumption, achieving nearly 3 million yuan in efficiency. With the investment of advanced equipment, the introduction of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies and the innovation of its own process, according to statistics, the company can reduce CO2 emissions by more than 23% every year compared with traditional processes.
For example, Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai's advanced experience: (1) establishing a green factory management office, focusing on the planning goal of green factories and following the development concept of "digitalization, informationization, intelligence and greening", increasing the research and development of advanced energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, processes and equipment, and accelerating the green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry; Actively promote low-carbonization, recycling and intensification to improve the utilization efficiency of manufacturing resources; Strengthen the green management of product life cycle, and strive to build an efficient, clean, low-carbon and recycling green manufacturing system; Realize the intensive plant, harmless raw materials, clean production, recycling waste and low-carbon energy for comprehensive decomposition, conscientiously implement the responsible units and persons, optimize the production layout, and carefully organize to ensure smooth and efficient R&D, production and inspection processes. (2) Carry out green factory training. In operation and management, adhere to the people-oriented Scientific Outlook on Development, and continuously enhance employees' awareness of greening by carrying out relevant training on energy conservation, environmental protection, green development and safe production, so that employees can develop an energy-saving, environmental protection, low-carbon and healthy work and lifestyle in their work and life. (3) The system optimizes the energy consumption structure. The factory adopts site selection and general layout optimization, process technology energy saving, electrical energy saving, equipment energy saving, building energy saving and other energy saving technical measures, establishes an energy saving management system, effectively optimizes the energy consumption structure, and reduces the input and use of energy on the premise of ensuring safety and quality. Specific measures to save water, energy and materials include: standardizing water-saving appliances, energy-saving lamps and purchased parts, and making raw materials harmless, degradable, renewable and recyclable. The project volume ratio, output value per unit land area, consumption of main raw materials per unit product, production of main pollutants per unit product, comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste, comprehensive energy consumption per unit product, carbon emission per unit product and other performance indicators are good, all of which meet the relevant national basic requirements, and most of the performance indicators have reached the leading level of the top 5% in the industry. (4) Continuous cleaner production management and transformation: The company has formed a 6S cleaner production management mechanism for on-duty inspection, and formulated a daily detailed inspection plan and cleaner production assessment indicators. In the production process, the company continuously improves the cleaner production technology and continuously carries out cleaner production work. The factory is equipped with metering devices for all kinds of energy consumption, and records the energy consumption and water consumption on a monthly basis, and establishes a ledger. The workshop of the factory adopts LED energy-saving lamps for efficient lighting, and the workshop is equipped with side windows and roof lighting belts, which meet the requirements of natural lighting. In November, 2023, it signed a contract with three companies to build a distributed photovoltaic power generation system and a power supply side energy storage comprehensive utilization system. Actively optimize the energy consumption structure. In December, 2023, the company invested more than 1 million yuan to transform the dust removal, denitrification and energy saving of No.1 electric furnace, and reduced the consumption of secondary heating energy at the end of the dust collector by recycling the waste heat of the electric furnace pipeline. According to preliminary calculations, this energy saving transformation will save 1.2 million yuan for the whole year. In 2024, it is planned to establish a digital integrated system of energy management to realize refined management of energy utilization. (5) All factors of the product run in low carbon, and the product meets the requirements of environmental protection in the whole life cycle, with little or no harm to the ecological environment, high resource utilization rate and low energy consumption; Choose clean raw materials and adopt clean technology in the production process; Users do not or rarely produce environmental pollution when using products; Products rarely produce waste during the recovery and treatment of clinker and heat preservation medium; Products minimize the use of raw materials, and materials can be reused to the maximum extent; Product production saves energy to the maximum extent, and the energy consumed in each link of its life cycle should reach the minimum. (6) unorganized emission control. On the one hand, the company is doing a good job in organized emission control, and the unorganized emission control is also being carried out simultaneously. The following measures are mainly taken: First, it invested nearly 800,000 yuan to purchase four negative pressure sweepers and one sprinkler; Second, all workshops and raw material warehouses in the factory are completely sealed, and a dust removal system is added; Thirdly, the dust production points of each electric furnace workshop in the workshop were systematically investigated again, and three sets of dust collection hoods were installed, which effectively reduced the dust emission; Fifth, a new alumina powder gas conveying system is installed to transport materials in the pipeline. Through the above-mentioned series of green transformation, the emission of pollutants is greatly reduced, and the "five in place, one closed" is truly realized, that is, dust collection in production process, dust suppression in material transfer, dust removal in factory roads, greening in bare land, unorganized emission monitoring in place, and all materials stored in the factory are closed.
Digital transformation provides an effective path: green development can not be separated from informationization, digital foundation and path. Some key enterprises in Henan Province, represented by Luoyang Lier Company, have unified energy consumption data and environmental protection data into the information center by establishing energy management system (EMS) and digital amoeba, so as to achieve real-time data collection, transmission, screening, analysis and processing, and then feed back to the system for control and further optimization, which greatly improves the timeliness, accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of data. At present, the production lines of some key enterprises have achieved three-level precise control (company level, factory level, and workshop equipment level), realized intelligent analysis of all equipment energy consumption data, and controlled the ton consumption of products in real time. Through the three-level control of energy in the production process, the energy management in the production process has achieved the purpose of hierarchical management, real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis. It has achieved the informationization, high efficiency and accurate management and control operation of production, and made the whole energy management system seamlessly connected through informationization, greatly reducing energy consumption waste. Through the low-carbon management and control of the whole process of production process and refractories, the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction is remarkable.
