Production process: high-purity magnesia and or medium-grade magnesia as the main raw material, while adding wetting agent and sintering agent by hot mixing and made.
Main purpose: converter large, small surface thermal repair.
Usage: when repairing a large area, pour 300~2000kg (increasing or decreasing according to the size of the converter and the erosion degree and area of the lining brick) of large-surface hot repair material into the part to be repaired in the furnace with a chute, and sinter it for 10-30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the repair material) to be used: when repairing a small area locally, our company produces 10 kg/bags and 5 kg/bags of hand-cast hot repair materials according to the usage habits of steel mills, which can be selected and used according to the specific conditions of the parts to be repaired.
